Cancellation Policy

We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order will already be processing and we may not be able to make adjustments.

If your order is successfully canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Please try the product for at least 14 days before requesting a return, so you can properly experience the benefits.

  • If after 14 days (and within the 60-day window) you’re still not satisfied, you may return your item(s).

  • Please note: shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, simply fill out the form on our Contact Us page or e-mail us at suppoort@kolluna.com. Be sure to include your Order Number (or the name and e-mail address used at checkout) to speed up the process.


Damaged Items

We package every order with care, but if your product arrives defective or physically damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Contact us at suppoort@kolluna.com with a clear photo of the damage.

  • If eligible, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.

Please note:

  • Cosmetic damage to the packaging (like dented boxes) is not considered product damage.

  • We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged by normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect.


Shipping & Delivery

While we work hard to deliver your order on time, Kolluna cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors.

We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are with the courier. If delivery issues arise, please contact the courier directly.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.

  • If you realize there’s an error, notify us within 24 hours.

  • After that window, we cannot guarantee resends or refunds for orders shipped to the wrong address.
