Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it has been placed.

An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is officially in transit.

During peak periods or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched. Please see the estimated ranges below:

🇨🇦 Canada: 5–8 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 4–6 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 6–8 business days
🇳🇿 New Zealand: 6–9 business days

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you by email within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please e-mail us at support@kolluna.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee changes after this timeframe.
Delayed Delivery
We work hard to ship every order quickly, but sometimes delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as:

Courier delays, severe weather, or transportation issues

Customs or border clearance for international orders

Address verification or payment processing delays
If we encounter any issue that may delay your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. Please note that Kolluna is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers or external circumstances.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed to our shipping carrier, it is outside of our direct control. In the rare case of a lost or stolen package:

File a claim with the courier directly (most couriers require you to start the claim).

We’ll also reach out to the courier on your behalf and keep you updated.
Please note: lost or stolen packages are not covered under our refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may be able to arrange a replacement. In certain cases, the courier may request that you file a police report to support your claim.
